Free 2B Me Fitness 4 Women offers more than just an exercise program. Our one on one personal training programs are unique and give our clients more than just a few exercises to do each week. Our qualified Specialist Trainer carefully designs each program individually taking into account your goals, whether that be weight loss, increased fitness, pre/ post baby health, muscle tone or preparing to run in a marathon. Guiding you through each of the four phases for optimum results. Together with your specifically designed program, we also provide nutritional support, guidance and tracking to ensure you achieve optimum results. We also use an Body Composition Assessments every six weeks to track progression and composition changes; giving you a greater understanding of your inner health and a detailed look at your progress.
Our Specialist Trainer incorporates update to date training programs utilising various cardio and strength equipment together with inner health vibration plates – giving you the results you desire.
Did you know we also specialise in Pre & Postal Natal Exercise? So if you are pregnant contact us today and we will design a specific program to suit your needs. Our Specialist Trainer delivers one on one personal training packages including:

Your personal tracking package includes:
- Weekly 30 min session in the studio delivered by a qualified Specialist Trainer,
- Two programs written for you to complete at home / gym each week (with support and guidance),

- Access to our monthly beach bootcamp sessions, adventure hikes and events,
- Support, motivation & tracking weekly by your trainer to help you achieve your goals!
$350 for 10 week program.

Commitment Pack: 10 week program, including FREE resistance training band and nutrition tracking @ $350.
Starter Pack: 6 week specialised program @ $210.00.
Casual – ReBoot: 1 on 1 Session is $50 for 45 mins, or 2 sessions in one week at $80. This is beneficial for those just starting out and not knowing where to begin or what to expect. During this session, we will chat about what your desires are moving forward and what you hope to achieve. Measurements, health and fitness assessments will be conducted to provide a base starting point. We will also guide you through a goal setting session, documenting your goals and then implementing a program which will assist you achieve those goals in a trackable manner for you to see.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS GROUP: 17 – 19yrs sessions are 30min in duration and the 10 week program is tailored based on the clients Allied Health Professional recommendations. $25 a 30 min session for a four week program.
