Take your fitness to the next level. 

Cardio training on various surfaces and hills utilises different muscles within the body and increases cardiovascular fitness levels – quickly.   Hill training combined with functional fitness activities and beach (sand/ water) drills  increases heart rate and endurance capabilities.

Hills Cardio Training sessions are perfect for:

  • Those ladies wanting to increase their cardiovascular fitness,
  • Train outdoor with variety,
  • Train for events including hiking/ trekking and adventure activities,
  • Add in a hills training session into your current workout schedule to take your fitness to the next level!


Next sessions – 1.5 hour sessions:

Friday 19th October  12 – 1.30pm @ Organ Pipes Outdoor Functional Fitness Class –

 $20.oo includes 1.5 hour (LiiT – Low Intensity Interval Training) endurance hills training session & functional fitness exercise (with breaks and stretching).  Also includes park permit/ fee and insurance wavier plus protein balls following the session.

Saturday 10th November  7am – 8am @ Williamstown Beach Pop Up Bootcamp – 

 $20.oo includes functional fitness bootcamp session.  We will be utilising water drills (up to knees), so please bring a towel.  Also includes permit/ fee and insurance wavier.  There is a fantastic Kiosk on the beach, why not grab a latte after class!

Friday 23rd November 11.30am – 1.30pm @ Lerdederg Circuit Hike 

$40.00 Lerdederg Circuit Hike with river crossing, followed by lunch and lattes!  Includes basic survival tips and handout.

Fee includes Parks Vic permit fee, insurance wavier, healthy lunch & basic survival tips.
