How do I register for Specialist Personal Training Sessions?

Simply click on the Personal Training tab and there is a shopping cart for your convenience.  This link takes you through to PayPal for secure booking and payment, also providing your with a ticket and receipt.

Am I fit enough to participate?

Our Specialist Trainer designs and prepares your sessions for you based on your abilities, level and goals. These are all progressive and allow you to move through the four phases at your pace. We ensure our ladies receive personal care and attention in our small boutique studio. It will not be long and you will notice your fitness levels increasing.


Specialist Personal Training sessions are based on a term block and are progressive.  If you simply decide ‘not to show up to your session’ you forfeit that weeks sessions and fee.  There are no make up sessions as this is a progressive weekly program enabling your achieve your goals and continue momentum.  If you are unwell or going on holiday, please ensure you speak to us so we can make arrangements for you program and a fee hold.

Fees are payable prior to commencing your sessions.

What shall I bring to my sessions:

When you book your first session with Free 2B Me Fitness you will need to complete the ‘Pre-Medical Screening’ form and return to us via email or bring it along to your first class. Alternatively you can fill the form if you arrive a few minutes prior to your class. We have plenty on hand.

We recommend you wear comfortable fitting clothing to class and enclosed training shoes.  Sports bras are also very important, for comfort and optimum breast health. Please ensure you bring your water bottle, to each class.
