We specialise in Women’s Health and Fitness programs, bringing you the most up to date Pre/ Post Natal exercise programs, Remedial Pilates programs and exciting & challenging Specialised one on one Personal Training services.
Our beach bootcamps, events, adventure hikes and retreats are held in various locations throughout Melbourne.
Our boutique studio in Caroline Springs is fully equipped with both cardio and strength equipment together with our boxing kit and our ballet barre for remedial pilates. The studio offers indoor and outdoor training areas – used all year around. Tea tree towels, iced lemon water, protein snacks, fruit and herbal teas and a supportive, welcoming and warm environment offers ladies a unique training experience.

Together Donna and her husband of 23 years share three children. They enjoy an active ‘outdoor’ lifestyle. Their children play various sports and enjoy winter sports just as much as their summer sports. Donna, a competitive runner since childhood competed in and won several state 800mt events and won a state Penthalon. Donna has enjoyed a half marathon and various 5 and 10 km fun runs. Over the past few years Donna has competed in several sprint distance triathlons and adventure triathlon races, enjoying the variety of cross country running, kayaking and obstacles – thrown in just for fun! This has lead to a new love – kayaking and rowing, indoor rowing specifically.
Donna holds a BA from MQU with post graduate qualifications in specialised literacy education.
Donna’s passion for health and fitness and desire to help other women achieve their health, fitness and weight loss goals is the driving force behind Free 2B Me Fitness. A 45 yrs and a mother of three, Donna understands the difficulties that arise with family and busy lifestyles. Donna also understands the changes in a women’s body through pregnancy, as a new mother, pre menopause and post menopause and the changes that these phases in a women’s life brings. Such as, among many facets – the hormonal changes, the importance of pelvic floor health, abdominal separation recovery following child birth and returning to safe exercise and the importance of exercise for seniors. Donna is dedicated to helping you reach your health, fitness and weight loss goals through a healthy eating plan, a training program and an active lifestyle together with confidence building mindset programs and friendship building with likeminded women. Donna is a certified Level 3 Fitness Professional accredited with Fitness Australia.
